  • Madonna has canceled her upcoming concert in Ljubljana, Slovenia for “unforeseen logistical difficulties.” Slovenian media claims bad ticket sales threw the switch on the concert only 13 days away. This is the second concert on her “Sticky and Sweet” tour Madonna has canceled. [ABC News] – Looks more sticky than sweet right about now.
  • Leonardo DiCaprio’s production company, Appian Way, is currently working on adapting the story of “Little Red Riding Hood” from the book to a movie, but with a darker gothic twist. [NY Daily News] – Yea, because a wolf trying to eat a little girl isn’t dark enough.
  • Newlyweds Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan both got tattoos saying “side by side” in Balinese during their honeymoon. Even though they both got food poisoning during their trip, they say the tattoo will be a happier souvenir. [Us Magazine] – Yeah, I’d take a tattoo over food poisoning any day.

An Iraqi Girl Almost Becomes A Suicide Bomber

Rania Ibrahim, a 15-year-old girl, was found carrying a vest filled with 33 pounds of explosives in Baqouba, Iraq, last year. Those are the facts of the story we know. But there are two very differing accounts of how she got there. The U.S. patrol in Iraq says that Rania turned herself in after female relatives in her husband’s family strapped her down and put the vest on her against her will. Will And Jada Fire The Headmaster Of Their School Over Scientology Curriculum

Will Smith and his TMI-spewing wife recently fired the headmaster of their private school. Allegedly, the educational feud with Jacqueline Olivier was over the curriculum for a “Study Technology” class at the New Village Leadership Academy. Will and Jada have denied that the school is all about Scientology, but the word is that Olivier wanted to do some tinkering with the course, even though it was designed by L. Ron Hubbard, which wasn’t cool with Will and Jada. Guess they’ll have to find a new headmaster to teach their kids science fiction?
