Jessica Biel‘s hair and makeup looked relaxed but lovely at Thursday night’s premiere of “The A-Team” in Hollywood. Her soft waves are super easy to replicate at home, especially since celebrity stylist Mara Roszak, who worked on Jessica’s hair, gave us instructions. On damp hair, apply TRESemmé 24 Hour Body Foaming Mousse all over, especially on the roots. Part your hair in the center, then blow it dry using a round brush, setting the top in large pin curls at random (this adds some nice body on the top). Once the hair is dry, take out the pin curls and spritz TRESemmé Naturals Finishing Spray all over, then wrap the hair in a loose bun and let it set for 10 minutes. Unpin the bun, shake your head, and voilà, your hair will look delightfully tousled. Keep reading »

Marina Abramovic’s “The Artist is Present” closed at New York City’s Museum of Modern Art earlier this week — which our Amelia wanted me to say she “loved, loved, loved, loved, loved” — and Givenchy hosted a star-studded celebration fêting the performance artist. The celebrities in attendance seemed to think that since the exhibit featured nudity, they should wear something revealing, and see-through dresses were the trend of the evening, with Christina Ricci, Liv Tyler, and Cassie all wearing them. The other day, while walking down the street, I noticed (without trying) that the woman in front of me was wearing shorts sheer enough that her undies were completely visible. The shorts were so transparent there was absolutely no mistaking she knew what she was showing the world. Sheer clothes are big for summer, and translucent bottoms seems to be a bit of a trend, as Refinery29 noted at least seven companies that offer sheer pants. Hair is a big deal in Hollywood, and if we listen to the rumors on RadarOnline.com, Megan Fox may have lost her role in “Transformers 3” due to a home hair-coloring mishap. Megan supposedly tried to dye her hair black the day before meeting with Paramount studio execs. Her locks apparently looked so bad that they sent her to Sally Hershberger’s Los Angeles salon, where five people worked on Megan’s hair after opening the salon especially for her. “It cost the studio thousands of dollars to transform her black hair to minky brown,” said a source. “In Hollywood, a box hair color can ruin a career.” This seems a bit harsh and dramatic to us, considering that hair colors and styles aren’t too difficult to change, but that’s Hollywood for ya!
