Reality Star Daisy Lewellyn Dies Of Rare Cancer At Age 36

Daisy Lewellyn died last night of a rare form of cancer at the age of 36. She starred in the hit Bravo reality series “Blood, Sweat & Heels” and was a beloved cast member of the hit show.

She shared the story of her illness with viewers, recounting the radiation treatments she underwent at the end of season 2 of the show. Her particular form of rare cancer was of the bile ducts and liver.

Last night Bravo released this statement regarding her death:

“Daisy passed on in peace and filled with joy, surrounded by her family and friends. We are all saddened to lose this wonderful woman. Our thoughts and deepest sympathy is expressed.”

Before she passed she wrote this statement on Bravo’s website:

“I’m not afraid to go to heaven, but I would like to stay on Earth if I can. If it’s my time to go, then I can say that I had a great life.”

So tragic. What a young age to go.

Lewellyn described herself as the “Queen of Effortless Chic. She was a style expert who appeared on several shows and also had previously worked at Essence and InStyle magazines.

Bravo host Andy Cohen described Daisy as “a wonderful spirit, force of life and a great person.”
