Marlon Brando & James Dean Had A Secret BDSM Relationship

I like to think that I have a fairly indulgent, aspirational, creative imagination when it comes to dreaming up masturbation fantasies, but even my perverted mind didn’t dare dream of a scenario as erotic as this Daily Mail headline:

Something you should know about me is that I think Marlon Brando is the most gorgeous man who ever lived. Even if his later years, when he was in full cosplay as real-life Dr. Moreau, he exuded a raw, masculine sexuality that palpable. And James Dean? Unlike Brando, who lived a long, full life and had a hugely expansive film career, Dean’s brooding good looks and simmering onscreen talent were frozen in time, as his life and career came to sudden end at age 24. Both men are classic spank bank material, and the notion that the two of them might have actually fucked each other is almost too good to be true. Although, now that it has been embedded into my brain, it almost doesn’t matter if it is.

This juicy bit of classic Hollywood gossip comes via a new book called James Dean: Tomorrow Never Comes, a self-declared “hot, unauthorized, and unapologetic” biography that’s being published in recognition of the 60th anniversary of Dean’s death. Because nothing says “gone but not forgotten” like revealing the salacious details of his “twisted S&M affair.” According to the Daily Mail, the book claims that Dean and Brando kissed when they first met in 1949, after Dean told the “Streetcar Named Desire” actor that he was his “biggest fan.” And it was nothing but butt sex after that:

The two men would meet up for master and servant style sex sessions where Dean asked to be burned with cigarettes, it alleges.

Friends revealed that Brando was so in charge that he made Dean watch him have sex with strangers who he had just met as part of a twisted mind game.

Brando never reciprocated Dean’s love and played a ‘cat-and-mouse game’ with his younger lover for his own amusement.

Friends said that Dean was like a ‘puppy dog’ who would loiter outside Brando’s apartment in the cold – in the desperate hope his idol would invite him in for sex.

Apparently Dean was in love with Brando, but Brando was in love with himself, and got off on toying with his hot young play-thing’s emotions, even making him wait outside in cold while he fucked yet another woman inside. “[Brando is] completely in charge of our love-making,” Dean is said to have complained to one friend. According to the book, Dean was a masochist and even asked Brando to extinguish his cigarettes on the skin of his chest. When the alleged couple wasn’t playing with fire behind closed doors, they were zipping around the West Village on their bikes and hanging out at cafes. Ugh, this is like “Brokeback Mountain,” but with motorcycles and tight white T-shirts and method acting.

As far as truthiness goes, I have my doubts on account of the fact that James Dean: Tomorrow Never Comes is: A) a hilariously corny but sexual title; B) only being released in paperback; C) written by two “Tabloid Kings” improbably named Darwin and Danforth; and D) is the latest in the “critically acclaimed Babylon Series” by publisher Blood Moon. What reputable publisher names themselves after menstruation?

Anyway, as I said earlier, from a practical standpoint, you don’t need for James and Marlon’s S&M relationship to have been real to masturbate to it. And that’s really all that matters.
