We’re Plotzing Over The Dogist’s Pics From The Westminster Kennel Club Show

The Dogist, aka Elias Weiss Friedman, is spending the day at the Westminster Kennel Club Show shooting canine glamour shots, and the results are predictably fantastic. Friedman excels at capturing the most snoot-boopable pups possible, and the Westminster offers an embarrassment of riches. Plus, the little details he snags about each dog are priceless.

How does he make such uncanny magic? Friedman told the official Instagram blog, “I wear kneepads underneath my pants, which makes getting on their level comfortable,” and also revealed he’s never without extra treats and a tennis ball to get that perfect picture, and perhaps most importantly, an extra lens wipe or two in case his subjects get extra friendly. Come for the cuteness, and stay for Friedman’s voiceovers.
