President Obama To Star In Next Episode Of Seinfeld’s Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee

Regardless of your stances on his policies, President Obama has been nothing if not a president with a sense of humor, and much to the joy of us Obama fans, this widely beloved humor and charisma will be showcased on the next episode of Jerry Seinfeld’s series “Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee.”

Premiering on December 30th, Obama and Seinfeld will kick off season 7 cruising around the White House lawn in a 1963 Corvette Stingray. Obama marks Seinfeld’s first (and likely only) elected official on the show, and after the two finished shooting on December 7th, Seinfeld confirmed it was an absolute blast.

“Growing up in the ’60s my kid dream was always to be an astronaut,” Seinfeld said, “Doing a comedy show with President Obama in and around the White House felt like going into space.”

After driving around the South Lawn the two reportedly took a vision-filled gander through The White House’s China, Maps and Diplomatic rooms, before finally settling in the basement staff dining room to finish their coffees.

In closing, Seinfeld said:

“Being President and just a cool guy to hang out with at the same time made the experience my own personal moonwalk. It was an unforgettable day.”

Aww, I can dig it.
