Frothing, Incoherant Trump Supporter: “He Says What I’m Thinking!”

This morning, CNN held a little sitdown with some Donald Trump supporters to discuss his comments on Muslim Americans supposedly cheering after 9/11. One woman specifically stood out. Her name is Susan DeLemus. At the end of the interview, she erupted into some kind of fit, yelling about how she knows Obama comes on her television and lies to her, and how Donald Trump says what she’s thinking.

“We’ve got people in positions of power who I know for a fact are liars. Liars!” she screeched. “I watch the TV — my president comes on the TV and he lies to me! I know he’s lying. He lies all the time.”

DeLemus did not specify what she believed Obama was lying to her about. As for Trump?

“I’m telling you, he says what I’m thinking!” she continued. “Never been involved in politics, never had an interest in any of it! Now suddenly, he is resonating! He is resonating with the people and he’s speaking our minds. Our minds!

Now wait a second here … who, exactly, is Susan saying has “never been involved” or “had an interest in” politics — herself or Trump? If she means Trump, she’s, you know, WRONG. But I — and others — think she’s more likely referring to herself, in which case, SHE is lying. Perhaps she’d care to explain why she’s been a Republican member of New Hampshire’s House of Representatives on and off since 2011? Here she is, in 2011, going batshit on some dude about some birther stuff in said House of Representatives!

And here she is at a Tea Party rally, representing her position in the House.

COME ON SUSAN. We can Google. In fact, I found this out by Googling you because I accidentally closed my tab. It was that easy. It’s awfully weird of you to be screaming about Obama lying to you when you are very likely sitting there and lying yourself. Or, you know, just aren’t very familiar with your fave candidate’s track record.

To be fair, not all Trump supporters are like Susan. Some of them are commenters on white supremacist sites like Stormfront, which has a pretty intense thread going right now titled “Trump is the greatest thing of all time.”
