World Almost Definitely Ending Tomorrow, Promises Random Internet Cult

Oh hey! Remember like, last week or something when the world was supposed to end or something because of the Blood Moon? But then — you know, as far as we know — it did not?

Well, according to the eBible Fellowship — which says it’s not a church per se, but some kind of “online affiliation” that is, I guess, also an apocalyptic cult of some kind — the world is actually going to end tomorrow, October 7th.

The group had previously believed that the world would end on May 21, 2011, but claim they got their math wrong with that one. Tomorrow however? DEFINITELY GOING TO HAPPEN. Like, 99 percent chance of it happening. They think.

Chris McCann, who founded the eBible Fellowship, says that tomorrow, October 7th, the world will be annihilated with fire, and that there is only a very small chance of this not happening.

McCann appears to have devoted a lot of time and effort to come up with this particular date, and is confident that although lots and lots of people have predicted the end of the world for hundreds and hundreds of years and never been right, he has finally figured it out.

Sadly, either he’s going to be entirely wrong and tomorrow will be just fine, or, if he’s right, no one will be around to appreciate all of his hard work. I guess we’ll just wait and see.
