Bad Ass Sex Worker Kills Possible Serial Killer In Self Defense

Last week, Neal Falls was killed in an apparent case of self-defense by a sex worker he was trying to murder in Charleston, West Virginia. Based on the details of that attack, as well as his geographical history and several disturbing items in his trunk, police suspect that he may actually be a serial killer responsible for the murders of several other women — four in Las Vegas and six in Chillicothe, Ohio.

The woman who killed him — whose identity has yet to be released — says that Falls pulled a gun on her and attempted to strangle her, but that she grabbed hold of the gun when he set it down, and then shot him.

According to police, Falls had a trunk full of items that pretty much screamed “serial killer,” including “handcuffs, knives, axes, a sledgehammer, a bulletproof vest, another gun, shovels and bleach and other cleaning supplies.”

Sex workers have long been a target of serial killers, who often go after women they assume will not be missed.

So far, police suspect Falls — who previously lived in Nevada and Ohio — in the deaths and disappearances of at least 10 women, many of whom were also sex workers.

These are the Nevada women who may have been murdered by Falls — three of whom were murdered and dismembered, and one who is still missing.

  • Jodi Marie Brewer, 19, who disappeared from Las Vegas in August 2003. Her torso, wrapped in plastic, was found later the month near Interstate 15 in San Bernardino County, California, south of the Nevada border.
  • Lindsay Marie Harris, who was 21 when she disappeared from Henderson in May 2005. Her legs were found near Interstate 55 south of Springfield, Illinois, three weeks later.
  • Misty Marie Saens, who was 25 when she disappeared from Las Vegas the same month as Brewer. Partial remains were found in the desert on a road leading to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area near Las Vegas.
  • Jessica Edith Foster, who was 21 when she was last seen March 28, 2006, at her home in North Las Vegas. She remains missing.

If Falls is indeed responsible for all of these murders, then the woman who killed him in self-defense is not only incredibly bad ass, but lucky as hell.
