Beyoncé Is Vegan, Urges The Rest Of America To Consider The Same

Beyoncé took to “Good Morning America” today to share with the world the miracle diet that has helped her lose weight. It’s called the 22-Day Revolution, it’s the subject of a new book by Marco Borges of the same title, and it serves as a neat tie-in to the vegan meal delivery service she’s been shilling. Is this all it takes to look like Beyoncé? Seems fishy.

The 22-Day Revolution is a plant-and-carb-heavy diet that asks you to transition from whatever garbage you’re shoving in your maw to a vegan diet in just 22 days, which seems fine, but also kind of impossible? What say you, Beyoncé?

“I am not naturally the thinnest woman. I have curves. I’m proud of my curves and I have struggled since a young age with diets. And finding something that actually works, that actually keeps the work off, has been difficult for me.”

Okay. I am sure that this diet does work wonders, but so does money and access to personal trainers. I am glad the Queen has found something that works for her, and you have to admit, she does look good as hell.
