Some Of The Girls Josh Duggar Was Molesting Were His Sisters, Police Report Confirms

New details have emerged in the story of how extremely holy person Josh Duggar maybe had a problem keeping his extremely holy hands to himself.

As it turns out, Jim Bob Duggar didn’t actually report the incident until a more than year after Josh confessed to the touching. Not only that, but prior to speaking to police he informed his church elders of what his son had done, and they waited three months before contacting authorities as well.

Also–while many people (not me) assumed that Jim Bob had reported his son to the police for innocent teenage making out or something, as it turns out, that is definitely not the case here. According to the police reports, he was fondling these young girls either as they slept, or as they sat on his lap while he read stories to them. So, no, this wasn’t anything consensual.

Other bombshells in the police report are: Josh Duggar was investigated for multiple sex offenses — including forcible fondling — against five minors. Some of the alleged offenses investigated were felonies. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar were interview by the Springdale Police department on Dec. 12, 2006. The report says that James told police he was alerted in March, 2002 by a female minor that Josh — who turned 14-years-old that month — had been touching her breasts and genitals while she slept. This allegedly happened on multiple occasions. In 2006, Jim Bob told police that in July, 2002 Josh admitted to fondling a minor’s breasts while she slept. “James said that they disciplined (redacted, Josh) after this incident.” The family did not alert authorities.

Jim Bob told police that about nine months later in March, 2003 “there was another incident.” Josh was again accused by a female minor of touching her breasts and genitals. Josh was accused by several minors of touching their genitals, often when they slept, but at times when they were awake.

The family, it seems, claimed they attempted to “handle” this by sending him to a Christian counseling program. However, as it turns out, he was not so much getting counseling as he was just living with a friend of theirs for a minute.

You know, I didn’t want to say it the other day when I first wrote about the molestation charges against Josh Duggar–but something about the details of the case made me think the victims were his sisters. Namely because otherwise, I just wasn’t sure how Jim Bob would have been the one to report it, or to have ever caught him in the act.

Turns out, I was right. I wish I wasn’t right, but I’m right. TMZ has since confirmed that at least some of the five girls Duggar was molesting were his sisters. And that he admitted to it.

Right now, I would just like to take a moment and say FUCK THIS GUY. Seriously. Fuck him. Fuck him going around crying about how it’s not fair that he can’t discriminate against gay people when he’s a goddamned child molester. Fuck him, and the whole fucking family (other than the victims) for going around telling everyone who will listen about how fabulously holy they are, how they are so much better than everyone because they wait until getting married to kiss someone. Fuck them. Fuck them for trying to frame their bigotry, homophobia and transphobia as holy righteousness, while all this was going on. Fuck Jim Bob Duggar for lecturing the rest of us on “sexual purity” while protecting an abuser. Fuck Michelle for doing the same thing. Fuck her for calling people up claiming that trans people are trying to molest their kids in bathrooms, while her precious, darling son was an actual abuser. Fuck all of them. How. Dare. They.

I hope TLC cancels this stupid show. They had really better. These people are not OK, they are not just “different,” they are monsters.
