Watch Lea DeLaria From “Orange Is The New Black” Stand Up To An Anti-Gay Preacher On The Subway

HELL YES, BIG BOO. Actress Lea DeLaria, who stars on the Netflix hit series “Orange Is The New Black,” was recently riding the D Train in New York, when an anti-gay preacher began yelling to the subway passengers about how homosexuality is a sin. In true badass fashion, Lea wasn’t having any of it, and got into a heated argument with the man for all to see.

A passenger obtained the footage of the argument, and Lea’s awesome reaction is now available for your viewing pleasure. “You have no right!” she yelled at the man, who wasn’t at all phased by her presence. “As long as you keep talking, I’ll keep talking. Other people can believe other things and have every right to believe other things.” PREACHHHH.

My favorite line, though, comes after he starts reading her Bible passages. “About two lines after what you’re about to read me, it’s gonna tell you not to feed the poor,” she says. “It’s gonna tell you not to wear clothes that are made of mixed fiber. Don’t come at me because I went to fucking Catholic school for 12 years and I know every line.” Check out the videos below, and join us in loving Big Boo even more now. [TMZ]
