Robin Thicke sure is sorry he was photographed groping that girl’s butt. And he’s very sorry that he and Miley Cyrus humped each other onstage at the VMAs. But even after he and his wife of 10 years Paula Patton released a statement in February saying “we have mutually decided to separate at this time,” Thicke is laying it on, well, thick to get her back. And “Get Her Back” just so happens to be the first video Thicke has released from his upcoming album, called Paula, featuring a track list of songs that mostly appear to be about Patton.
Some might call his desperateion stalker-ish and obsessive. I, personally, think it brings to mind Justin Bieber-level, “Grand Sweeping Gestures Will Prove I’m Not A Douchecanoe,” of relationship maturity. In any case, if the “Paula” text messages in this video are remotely accurate, she doesn’t seem too ready to hop on this crazy train again. [YouTube]
