Minnesota Vikings Player Adrian Peterson’s Two-Year-Old Son Dies From Beating By Mother’s Boyfriend

  • The two-year-old son of Minnesota Vikings player Adrian Peterson has died. The child was beaten on Wednesday by his mother’s boyfriend, Joseph Patterson, who has a history of domestic violence charges. The kid was Peterson’s “secret” child (whose name is being kept private) by an ex-girlfriend. Both were now living in South Dakota and the child was alone with Patterson, who was the one who called 911 when the child became unresponsive. The child suffered from “multiple head injuries” during the abuse, which also included choking.  This story is so disgusting and sad. [Deadspin, Sports Illustrated]
