There are so many shows, and not enough hours in the day to possibly go to all of them. Good thing, then, that we’ve got your New York Fashion Week coverage down. We’re not even half way through day two, and there’s already been nearly three dozen shows. We’ve whittled it down to a few of our faves from the third and fourth day of shows. I was totally droooooling over Whit’s prints, use of black and white, and the wide range of options, from dresses to wide-leg pants.
After the jump, check out more collections from Zimmermann, Kate Spade, Rebecca Minkoff, Mara Hoffman and Rebecca Taylor…
Zimmermann is known for its swimwear, but it’s evolved into a full ready-to-wear line featuring feminine floaty blouses and gorgeous, whimsical dresses, exposing just enough skin to leave you wondering what’s going on underneath.
Kate Spade is back with more ladylike garden party staples. Jessica’s wallet is in trouble.
Viva Mexico! Rebecca Minkoff’s latest collection is clearly inspired by the country, with bright white linens embellished with bright embroidery and fringed details. I. Want. Everything.
Designer Mara Hoffman also digs bright, global-inspired prints. I’m loving her tapered and flowing pants and her gorgeous boho maxis.
I’m not always super keen on Rebecca Taylor’s feminine aesthetic, so I’m pleased with how she’s balanced the dusty pastels with more practical sportswear shapes. The moto-inspired jackets and vests? Need.
