Paula Deen made her much anticipated appearance on “The Today Show” this morning and attempted to convince Matt Lauer and the public that she is not a racist. Deen insisted that she only ever used the n-word once, during the incident mentioned in her deposition, and went on to say, “If there’s anyone out there that has never said something that they wish they could take back, please pick up that stone and throw it so hard at my head that it kills me. Please. I want to meet you. I is what I is and I’m not changing.” And neither is my opinion of you, Paula. Bye, y’all! Watch the full interview above. [MSNBC]
