You hear so many stories about stingy celebs, so it’s always nice when someone famous goes the extra mile for their waitstaff. Case in point, Lou “Incredible Hulk” Ferigno, most recently of “The Avengers” and “Celebrity Apprentice,” took himself and his incredible hulk hands out.
