I really love Emma Stone and think she is both the cutest and coolest, but I am still not feeling this red-on-red-on-red ensemble (she wore bright red pumps, as well). Too much stuff! But then, she is wearing maybe the world’s most amazing statement necklace. Who needs an oversized crystal flower on their dress when they are wearing the world’s most amazing statement necklace? I want to think that Emma’s hair and makeup looks faaaaaabulous, but I also have this bangs pathology and the way she’s wearing hers reminds me of when Kim Cattrall had the same straight-down wispy bangs and rounded blowout in “Sex and the City,” which is a very late ’90s look. Or, alternatively, Britney Spears circa now. Am I being unfair? Am I just radiating highly contagious jealousy around these parts since Ryan Gosling is always talking about how much he loves Emma and how much fun they have together? Mayhaps.
