Rumor Mill: Justin Bieber Smokes Pot “Constantly”

Stardom may be going to Justin Bieber’s head. Sources close to the young rocker tell The New York Daily News that he has a significant pot habit, and “doesn’t listen to anyone anymore.” Bieber “doesn’t seem to care and does whatever he wants,” one source says.
