Michael Lohan Seeks Conservatorship Of Lindsay, Rest Of Lohan Family Says Feck Off

It’s been a busy weekend for La Famiglia Lohan. On Friday, Micheal Lohan appeared at Lindsay’s house in L.A., planning to stage an intervention, supposedly with her management team and lawyers in tow. But everyone was turned away at the door by a guy claiming to be Lindsay’s new boyfriend and then someone even called the cops to report a trespasser.

Never one to let something little like the police to get in his way, Father Of The Year is now vowing to seek conservatorship of Lindsay … you know, Britney Spears-style. TMZ reports Micheal Lohan has told them (likely via speed-dial) that he wants to seek a conservatorship for his daughter, but it will not be him as the conservator because he doesn’t want anyone to think he’s just trying to get her money.  And he’s happy to remind anyone who will listen that it was Dina Lohan who was allegedly doing cocaine with Lindsay two weeks ago, when she called him after the two got into a physical fight. (Micheal called 911 to show up at Dina’s house in Long Island; he then gave the audio tape of Lindsay’s phone call to him to TMZ.)

The rest of the Lohan family, as usual, is not amused.  Lindsay has reportedly said to TMZ (although this sounds like it was written by a publicist), “They would have a hard time believing the claims of someone who was investigated for insider trading, arrested for domestic violence multiple times, arrested for assault, has a drunk driving arrest, and has been in and out of jail and prison for years.”

Younger siblings Ali Lohan, Michael Jr., and Dakota are also speaking up about their dad and have all issued statements to “Extra” saying something to the effect of fuck off.  From Ali, an excerpt: “Please stop waging your own personal war against my family. We don’t need you to intervene because we can take care of ourselves without you, as we have been all these years.” From Michael Jr., another excerpt: “I think everyone can understand and see why my sisters, brother, mother and I do not associate with him anymore.”

Sadly, and somewhat improbably, it’s Mother Of The Year Dina Lohan who is the voice of reason in all this. Her full statement:

This sole act by my ex was not an intervention nor was this extreme antic sanctioned by any member of Lindsay’s family or her professional team of handlers. It’s all about her father obsessed with making a name for himself in the news once again. It’s sad and I hope he stops masquerading as her father in public and starts acting like one in private.

Oof, Lohans. Oof.
