Hands down, the best thing about working at The Frisky is our amazing readers. We so heart all of your witty, thoughtful, and informative comments — heck, we even appreciate the mean ones. Sometimes, we can’t help but wonder about the faces behind the avatars. So we decided to bring back our regular column where we learn all about a Frisky reader. After the jump, meet Ellabelle13! And if you’re interested in being featured as a Reader Revealed, email Amelia and/or myself with “Reader Revealed” in the subject line.
Please state your name or avatar, age, and location for The Friskyverse.

How did you find the site?
I honestly do not remember, but I check it almost every day.
What do you do all day, other than follow The Frisky, which is totally condoned?
I’m a full-time student, as well as a research assistant. I also work on top of those things. So in general, I am running from class to work to meetings. I’m only taking three classes this semester but I am still busy all day. Yet I still find time to spend on the Internet.
What is your fave post in recent Frisky history?
I’m worried that this will sound ridiculous because I love all of the feminist and political posts on the Frisky, but my favorite recent posts both involve dogs: The Daschund Biggest Loser story and Puppies: Great Present or Greatest Present? Being away at college makes me to miss my dog A LOT.
What are your pop culture guilty pleasures?
Shows that I feel like are supposed to be enjoyed by girls younger than me, like “Glee” and especially ABC Family shows like “Pretty Little Liars.”
I am feeling upset about this because I have asked friends and we can’t think of an embarrassing dating story. So I will just share something awkward that you should never do, rest of womenkind: I saw a guy for a while who I could not conversate with at all. Online, he would talk to me, but in person we would literally sit there in silence. I ended up going on a weekend trip with him — you can imagine how well that went!
Do you consider yourself a feminist? Why or why not?
Yes. I understand that people have different definitions, and that there can be extreme versions, but I think that at its heart feminism is about equality between the sexes. And I don’t understand why someone wouldn’t believe that. I realize there are differences between the sexes, but to me, equality is about equal options and opportunity. Jane Galvin Lewis said it best: “You don’t have to be anti-man to be pro-woman.”
If The Frisky staff came over for dinner, what would you serve us?
I’m going to be honest here: I am not a great cook. So instead, I would treat you to one of Miami’s best restaurants — we have so many! The Thai restaurant across the street makes much better food than I would.
What type of skivvies do you have on right now?
Boyshorts, my favorite.
I always say I don’t have a talent, but if I had to pick, it would be remembering information. I read a lot, and consume a lot of media, so I hold on to a lot of random facts. Maybe I should try a game show? I have also never met an animal that didn’t love me, but I’m not sure “animal whisperer” is a talent.
What’s an amazing book or movie that other Frisky readers absolutely must get their hands on right now?
“The Invisible War.” It is an amazing documentary about sexual assault in the military, committed against both men and women, and how little the military has done to deal with the problem.
Which celeb would you most want to get in bed with? Which celeb would you most want to marry?
I think I have to answer Channing Tatum for getting in bed. His moves in “Magic Mike” sealed that for me. But marry, certainly Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
