A prop head of the former president was used as one of the traitors’ heads on spikes, the show’s creators say in their DVD commentary, explaining that its use wasn’t political, io9 reports. “George Bush’s head appears in a couple of beheading scenes,” they say. “It’s not a choice, it’s not a political statement.
