L.A.’s Wango Tango fest gathers together pop stars and music fans for a day of music and fun. Justin Bieber was there, which makes sense, but also “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” trainwreck Taylor Armstrong. Does she even know who Justin Bieber is? There was lots of outrageous/horrible fashion, too, because 1) It’s a festival 2) It’s in Los Angeles.
