I love the idea of doing a special makeup look for Valentine’s Day. Pink is the obvious color choice, but dramatic pink makeup has a tendency to look more like an eye infection than a fashion statement, so I challenged my makeup artist friend Aileen to come up with a wearable pink makeup look. She insisted I model since I have pink hair, and I love the way it turned out. The coolest thing about it? You don’t need to invest in pink eyeshadow — Aileen used pink blush instead.
