Inspired by legendary scientist Marie Curie, designer Pani Jurek created this chandelier out of test tubes and plywood. It’s clever, yes, but it’s also surprisingly beautiful. On its own it resembles a classic crystal chandelier, but the tubes can be filled with colored liquids or even fresh-cut flowers to create totally different looks. So smart. Now if you’ll excuse me, I need to secure a copyright for my Bunsen burner candelabra. [Via Design Milk]
