The latest entry in the Dresses Made From Wacky Fabrics category: 16-year-old Suraya Mohd Zairin, from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, won an eco contest by fashioning a dress out of more than 4,000 tea bags. The colorful gown took her more than three months to complete, and was inspired by her love of flowers. For her efforts, she took home a trophy and RM4000, which is approximately $1,700 — enough, hopefully, to cover all the tea she had to buy to make the dress in the first place. [Oddity Central]
