This season my closet is slowly but steadily filling up with sheer blouses. I was suspicious of them at first–after seeing them styled with nothing but a bra underneath I assumed they were another trend off limits to big busted women — but after realizing their potential for layering I was hooked. I love throwing them on over tight tanktops I’d never wear alone, pairing them with jeans and dresses, and playing with different color combinations: sheer forest green looks amazing over navy blue, for example. As these flowy tops becomes ubiquitous I’m wondering if you share my enthusiasm: are you embracing the sheer blouse trend? Or do you prefer your clothes more structured and, well, not see-through?
