I am terrified of horses. Not because I had a bad experience with one when I was younger. Nope, my irrational fear began while watching “Mr. Ed” reruns on Nick-at Nite. I mean, a talking, scheming horse—that is pretty darn scary to a kid! Well, unluckily for me, it appears that “Mr. Ed” may soon be headed to the big screen and could instill my fear in others. Fox has acquired the film rights to the 1960s series. You know, because the “Bewitched” movie was so critically acclaimed. I think it’s only a matter of time before someone greenlights “I Dream of Jeannie” and “Green Acres.” [Huffington Post]
