Some assorted thoughts on new television shows, after a weekend of catching up on all the shows logged in my DVR. I am already thoroughly hooked on “Revenge” and “New Girl.” And “Ringer” is midway through the 100 yard dash to become a must-watch too—it got much, much better in its second episode and I have a feeling it will continue its upward trajectory. But, fall television season is far from over. This week brings the premieres of “Terra Nova,” “Hart of Dixie,” and “Suburgatory” which are also in the running for my new favorite. After the jump, my take on these new shows, plus a look at the return of “Gossip Girl.”
