Now, I adore Crayola colored hair. I have turquoise streaks myself and highly approved of Katy Perry‘s royal blue wig phase. But something about her current cotton candy-colored locks just aren’t working for me. The tone is so aging and it pulls the focus away from her gorgeous eyes and face.
