It’s my birthday this week (you can send all b-day wishes care of The Frisky offices, thanks!) and my mom made me cookies. These are her special chocolate chip Oreo cookies, which are homemade chocolate chip cookies with Oreo cookies baked inside. Blam! I just blew your mind, didn’t I? This is to cookies what the turducken is to novelty Thanksgiving meats. I believe she invented this cookie, but if she didn’t, I don’t want to know. What I do want know is have you ever created a totally off-the-wall baking or cooking innovation?
