Thanks to the high volume of users trying to get their grubby mitts on the collection, Target’s site is currently offline. If you go to the site right now, you’ll receive a message that “We are hard at work making the site better. Sorry for inconvenience – we’ll be back up and running shortly.” We’re not particularly surprised, given the fervor with which the Missoni line has been received. Earlier this month, a Missoni for Target pop-up shop in New York City was cleaned out in a matter of hours and forced to close early. Oh, and that sound you hear? That’s Amelia, weeping because, ahem, “I just want that damn throw blanket!”
