Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy have finally decided on a name for their newborn son — Bingham Hawn Bellamy! “Bing” for short, naturally. I’m suddenly nostalgic for the days when we thought it was strange that Gwyneth Paltrow named her daughter after a piece of fruit. I suppose Bing isn’t as strange a name as, say, “Pilot Inspektor” (that’s the name of Jason Lee’s kid), and there are famous Bings in the world, like Bing Crosby. I love that his middle name is in honor of his Grandma Goldie. Bingham … Bing Hawn Bellamy … I’m warming up to it. Thank god.
