We were saddened to hear that famed butter sculptor Norma “Duffy” Lyon died over the weekend at the buttery old age of 81. She first came to attention in the butter-sculpting world in 1959, when she made a life-size cow out of dairy products. For more than 50 years, Norma dazzled the world with her artwork and her contributions to the butter-sculpting world will be missed. Check out some of her creations after the jump.
