Bravo shows are kind of like the beach reads of television programming. So I like that for the past few summers, the channel has gathered its stars and made a big promo featuring all of them. This year Andy Cohen, Bethenny Frankel, et al pack up and head to Camp Bravo, where Patti Stanger drops Jill Zarin in a trust fall exercise and Teresa Giudice shoots an apple off Kyle Richards’ head.
