Ladies, our hopes for marrying into the Palin family have been dashed! (Heterosexually, at least.) Track Palin, 22, the eldest Palin child, recently married his high school sweetheart, Britta Hanson, in a small ceremony. Track Palin is an Army Reservist who was deployed for a year in Iraq; he plans to study at the University of Alaska, where his new wife is a nursing student. The happy couple wed in Hatcher Pass, Alaska, a skiing, snowboarding and hiking locale. The happy couple will hold a bigger ceremony this winter at Alaska’s Alyeska Ski Resort, when they said friends and family from the lower 48 states will be able to join them. (Hmm, could there be another Palin grandkid on the way?) What I find most interesting about this photo is that the bride appears to have wed in jeans and a white blazer, which is the low-key way I want to do it.
