Just as we find out that Hugh Grant came thisclose to signing on to replace Charlie Sheen on “Two and a Half Men” before coming to his senses and realizing that was his worst idea since getting into a car with Divine Brown, comes news of another television switcheroo. With Camille Grammar on the fence about whether to return for season two of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” the producers found themselves in a predicament. Camille kind of made the show, and not just because of her personality—because she was married to a famous actor and was going through a very public divorce. Luckily, they have found another lady to slip right into that slot. Brandi Glanville. As in, Eddie Cibrian‘s ex-wife who he divorced after falling in love with LeAnn Rimes while shooting a Lifetime movie. Producers have been talking to Brandi and Jennifer Flavin (Sylvester Stallone’s wife) and Ayda Field (aka the woman who inspired Robbie Williams to settle down) about appearing on the show for a while. But sources say Brandi has locked it down. “She really wanted to be on the show, so she’s very happy,” one friend tells People. And Brandy herself recently tweeted, “Moving to the hills of Beverly on April 22.”
I’m wondering if cameras have already started following her. If so, perhaps they caught what she was doing while Eddie and LeAnn tied the knot?
