Karl Lagerfeld worships his muse/companion/cabana boy, Baptiste Giabiconi, so much that he made a likeness of him … out of chocolate. The edible man sculpture debuted in Paris as part of the marketing campaign for Magnum ice cream. Is that an ice cream bar in your tighty-whities or are you just happy to see me, Baptiste?
