Anti-Asian YouTube Princess Is Leaving UCLA Over Racist Rant
Earlier this week, a bitchtastic UCLA undergrad named Alexandra Wallace took to YouTube to complain about her Asian classmates. Because clearly the most sensitive time to do that is days after Japan has been destroyed by an earthquake and tsunami! But still, Alexandra griped about “hordes of Asians” UCLA lets in every year who don’t have “American manners” in the library.
Surprise, surprise, Alexandra Wallace is now leaving UCLA. Most anytime a person says something appallingly racist, sexist or homophobic, the person claims “BUT I WAS ONLY KIDDING!” Alexandra Wallace is no different. In typical “I’m sorry you were offended” fashion — so popular with a**holes! — Alexandra claims her racist snot-fest against her Asian classmates was just a big, politically incorrect joke and now she has to leave UCLA because of threats being made against her personal safety. In an open letter to UCLA’s student newspaper, The Daily Bruin, she wrote:
“In an attempt to produce a humorous YouTube video, I have offended the UCLA community and the entire Asian culture. I am truly sorry for the hurtful words I said and the pain it caused to anyone who watched the video. Especially in the wake of the ongoing disaster in Japan, I would do anything to take back my insensitive words. I could write apology letters all day and night, but I know they wouldn’t erase the video from your memory, nor would they act to reverse my inappropriate action.
I made a mistake. My mistake, however, has lead to the harassment of my family, the publishing of my personal information, death threats, and being ostracized from an entire community. Accordingly, for personal safety reasons, I have chosen to no longer attend classes at UCLA.
See ya! Don’t let the door hit you on the way out.
