Rory Beca is one of my favorite mid-range designers; the sweet, feminine but still simple shapes and prints can be dressed up and down. That’s what I tell myself, anyway, every time I plunk down $150 on one of the line’s pieces and want to talk myself out of feeling any guilt. Well, now I don’t have anything to feel guilty about — the designer has teamed up with the super affordable fashion giant, Forever 21, for a unbelievably chic and spring-y collection in which nothing costs more than $30. Thirty bones, you guys. I have been known to spend that much on mediocre takeout sushi that consistently gives me gas. Keep clicking to see the 10 pieces you should get your hands on before I do.
