But LiLo is hardly the first celeb to head to court; so what have other famous starlets in trouble with the law put on to make a good impression on the judge? Let’s take a look at the good, the bad, and the ugly of celebrity courtroom style.
The Good, The Bad & The Ugly Of Celebrity Courtroom Style
Earlier today, I asked what you thought of the short, tight and white dress Lindsay Lohan wore to her court appearance yesterday, where she faced charges for stealing a necklace from a jewelry store. Over half of you (so far!) think that her outfit is inappropriate for facing a judge in a court of law. I have to agree; though I think the outfit itself is totally chic, I generally think you should aim to look more conservative if you’re going to pleading with a judge to be lenient with you, especially if you’ve spent more time in court than on the big screen in the last year. Lindsay, despite her many, many trips to court, still has a lot to learn — both behaviorally and sartorially.
