We included skinny cargo pants on our list of trends we hope die in 2011 for good reason, but these cargo leggings deserve a separate shout-out of their own. The combination of skintight spandex and lumpy thigh pockets not only creates a supremely unflattering silhouette, it also encourages the wearing of leggings as pants (another trend that made our list).
