How did you find the site?

I came across a story that was posted on CNN.

What do you do all day, other than follow The Frisky, which is totally condoned?

A lot, actually. I’m an air traffic controller, so I work a lot. Until recently I had no concept of those things you call “weekends” and “holidays.” But I love my job nonetheless. Besides that: planning my wedding, fighting the ongoing battle to get in better shape, and recently I’ve been preparing to move into a new apartment.

Relationship status?

What is your fave post in recent Frisky history?

I just read Girl Talk: I’m in a Bisexual Marriage, and I really enjoyed it. I always like reading about people not being afraid to let their freak flag fly, so to speak. I also liked the “stay at home daughters” piece, mainly because of the debate it sparked. I love a good heated discussion.

What are your pop culture guilty pleasures?

I’ve always been a fan of MTV and (more so) VH1 reality TV. Although I must say, VH1’s latest has been disappointing.

Can you share your most embarrassing dating story? We always share ours. It’s only fair.

I haven’t really been on too many conventional dates. But I always give my fiance flack for this: The first night we hung out, he came over after a long night (we didn’t work together, but worked the same shift) to have some drinks and unwind. We wound up staying up all night and talking. We were outside when he was getting ready to leave, when he says, “So I’m not sure if I should kiss you,” or something to that effect. I replied, “Well, you just ruined it by talking about it.” Then he kissed me. So we had our first kiss after I basically called him a pussy. What can I say, I tell it like it is. ;)

Who is your celebrity doppelganger?

I don’t think I have one, but I’ve been told a couple time I look like Katherine Hepburn.

What type of skivvies do you have on right now?

Victoria’s Secret—it’s all I wear.

What is your secret talent?

I don’t really have one, honest. I suppose I can somewhat carry a tune; not everyone knows that. Well, they do now…

Favorite book, movie, musician or band?

Wow, way too many to choose from. I loved reading The Lovely Bones, and I’ve been a fan of Mary Higgins Clark since about 10. Movies: Lately I’m been collecting kids movies from my day. I recently acquired “Batteries Not Included”—one of my favorites from the ’80s. Music: I can’t pick just one artist because my taste varies so much. I listen to everything form rap to show tunes, with the exception of techno and very little country.

Who is your celebrity crush?

Oh man, this is tough because I don’t have one currently. I was big on Jude Law and Julian McMahon for a while. I love Johnny Depp not for his looks, but for his talent.

What’s something you hope to see more of on The Frisky?

I think I’ve commented on this before, but I’ve only seen one positive piece on tattoos. I’d like to see more proudly inked ladies. And while I enjoy reading about unconventional relationships and gender roles, I’m curious to hear more about those that are happy with their conventional choice. Something like, “I’m a feminist stay at home mom that chose that life.” I’d also like to see more home decor trends, but that’s for completely selfish reasons; I need some decorating ideas.
