We believe pop stars are morally obligated to do some crazy things fashion-wise and Nicki Minaj certainly doesn’t disappoint. Exhibit A: The neon pink and lingerie-inspired, um, outfit, she wore to a taping of “The Wendy Williams Show” recently.
