Guys, fall/winter gloom has officially arrived. By the late afternoon it’s already dark out! I don’t know about you, but the lack of serious sunlight hours are starting to get to me. On the east coast, anyway, we’re averaging around 10 hours of sun light a day, which sounds like a lot, but isn’t really, when you consider how many of those are spent indoors. It stinks when you get out of work and it’s already dark out — even if you’re not one of the 10 million people clinically affected with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), the winter can be a difficult time on your psyche.
