An 18-year-old Virginia boy who was caught shoplifting at a Halloween store was given a very fitting punishment for his crime. Instead of calling the cops, the Halloween Express owner offered the boy an alternative to a criminal record: stand for six hours outside of the store dressed as Bert of “Sesame Street,” holding a sign that says, “I got caught shoplifting at Halloween Express.” Of course, the boy took the deal.
