Oprah Bringing Her Entire Studio Audience To Australia
Yesterday, Oprah kicked off her 25th season. The guests for the show were a total snoozefest—Don Johnson, Paul Simon, and John Travolta, of whom the Big O said, “Twenty-five years later, you still make my heart go pitter-patter.” But things got much more interesting later in the show when John was pulled onstage in a fake airplane. Oprah explained that one of her favorite episodes of the show ever was when she took the studio audience to Philadelphia. “I started to think about where would I most want to go … Maybe I should take all of you with me to the other side of the world. We’re going to Australia! We are going to Australia! You and you and you and you, are going to Australia!” she said. “John is a real Qantas Airlines pilot. He’s flown there many times, and we have been secretly plotting and planning this trip of a lifetime for almost a year with everyone at Tourism Australia. They are ready to roll out the red carpet for all 300 of us.” Which is very cool, considering that Oprah had packed the audience with 300 of her “ultimate viewers,” as she called them.
Now, the question is: What do you think Oprah and the crew should do Down Under?
