Joe Manganiello Of “True Blood” Has A Stalker Problem

Joe Manganiello of “True Blood” is, apparently, a stalker magnet. Even before permanently losing his shirt for the role of Alcide, Joe had a few rabid followers. “I’ve had two crazy stalkers that, ah, one would call and leave these really weird poems on my phone. Another one would send these creepy pictures to my house,” he said. “I was at the police station filing this report and the police officer’s trying to figure out who these guys are and I kind of looked at him and shrugged my shoulders and said, ‘It’s never a hot chick.’ And he just kind of stared at me.”

But since “True Blood”‘s new season started, things have gotten much worse. “I’ve had to have my car checked for a tracking device—for a stalker,” he said. “It’s been a little interesting. You have to take the good with the bad.”

Now, I don’t like to joke about stalking because, well, it’s terrifying and not actually funny. But let’s just say that if there were one “True Blood” cast member who’d find me outside his window with a pair of binoculars—it’d be Joe. [NY Daily News]
