Lauryn Hill Is Really Vague About New Album And Today’s Artists

Lauryn Hill sat down with MTV after performing during last weekend’s Rock the Bells concert in NYC. L-Boogie says she’s “getting closer” to releasing a new album. Just how “close” she is we won’t really know until the Tuesday when the album is actually released. Well, that’s the impression I got from Lauryn, who was seriously vague about her comeback and the state of today’s artists. And to think I used to hang on this woman’s every word … now, I only vaguely know what she’s actually talking about. But I ain’t mad at her because I, along with many other fans, put a lot of pressure on her. No wonder she’s more reserved now. [MTV]
