A Neighbor Has It Out For Marc Jacobs

As someone who has a habit of complaining about noise and neighborhood nuisances to anyone who is paid to listen (basically 311 if you know NYC), I can understand this neighbor’s frustration with the chaotic happenings at the Marc by Marc Jacobs Accessories store. But if the store is such a problem in the West Village, wouldn’t the neighbors already know what channels to go through? It might just be time to set up a neighborhood watch task force. [Racked]
